50th anniversary of Studienvereinigung

In 2015, on the 50th anniversary of its formation, the Studienvereinigung held a symposium in Berlin, with talks by high-calibre representatives of the competition authorities and courts and members of the Studienvereinigung.

To mark this occasion, the board of the Studienvereinigung published a brochure containing the text of the anniversary lecture presented by the chairman of the Studienvereinigung, Dr. Frank Montag, and also an interview with honorary members Dr. Otfried Lieberknecht and Prof. Dr. Rainer Bechtold. The interview summarises the development of competition law in Germany and the role played by the Studienvereinigung in the development process.
